1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Free from stains, odors, or signs of use


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed cleaning products (e.g., Swedish dishcloths, sponges)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Digital products (if applicable)


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos or videos.

We will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

No return shipping is required for defective items.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind / No longer needed: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Seller error / Defective product: We cover the return or replacement costs.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped.
